Meet Paz Álvarez, co-founder of Zavia Bio, a biotech company developing innovative biomolecules that modulate plant physiology when applied externally in small amounts, enhancing crops’ ability to overcome challenges.
Before founding Zavia Bio, Paz worked for several years at Argentina’s Ministry of Agriculture and in the Buenos Aires City Government, leading impactful AI projects.
In 2023, Paz participated in the Draper Founders Program, where she won Demo Day. She later joined Draper University for the Draper Hero program, solidifying her status as an entrepreneur with an impressive track record in the Draper ecosystem.
