Meet Tobias (Toti) Alejandre, co-founder of iMenu. This is a Software as a Service focused on restaurants, which aims to digitize and optimize internal sales and sales through digital channels!
Before founding iMenu, Toti worked at AgroToken, a startup dedicated to the tokenization of agricultural commodities as a business developer, in addition to holding commercial roles at several companies.
Toti studied Marketing and in August 2023 participated in Draper Startup House’s #DraperFoundersProgram, which he won!
This earned him a scholarship to attend Draper University and complete the Draper Hero program.
