Meet Josefina Cafferata, or Fini for those who know her well! She’s the co-founder and CPO of Uils, a startup that has developed financial infrastructure allowing any company to launch a fintech solution in just 24 hours, no technical knowledge or licenses needed!
After studying Economics at Universidad de San Andrés, Fini worked as a consultant at Accenture for several years… until she realized her true passion was entrepreneurship.
She completed a FullStack Developer program at SoyHenry, followed by the Hero Program at Draper University, where she was introduced to the world of venture funds, accelerators, and organizations related to Tim Draper.
From there, Uils was born, and she’s been working on it for several years now!
